CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL IMPORTS

Since all orders are shipped directly from Mexico, please note that you may incur customs fees upon receiving your package in your destination country.

As a customer, you are responsible for all import duties, customs duties, and local sales taxes imposed by the country in which you reside. Payment of these fees is required to clear your order from customs.

Please note that the total shown on your checkout page does not include any additional duties. Any additional duties required will be communicated to you by the carrier.

ÂYR Activewear has no control over customs and import taxes, and we are unable to determine the exact amount you will be charged as customs and import taxes vary widely depending on the country you are located in.

For specific thresholds and regulations:

•Mexico: Products imported into Mexico are not subject to tariffs, since ÂYR is located in Mexico.

• USA: Products imported from Mexico with a value greater than $800 USD are subject to import tariffs.

• Canada: Products imported from Mexico with a value greater than $20 CAD are subject to import tariffs.

• Other regions: You may face customs charges issued by your local customs authority, and you will be responsible for paying any fees incurred.

In the event that you refuse to pay the customs fee and the package is returned to ÂYR Activewear, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
