REFUND POLICY
We have a 16-day return policy, meaning you have 16 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit or exchange.
Changes
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, we will send you the desired product. The customer will be required to pay the shipping costs to return the item(s) to our facility. ÂYR will cover the costs of shipping the new item(s) back to you.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be in original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To initiate an exchange, please head to our returns page at https://ayr-activewear.com and follow all instructions to ensure your return is successful. Items sent back without following the instructions will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
Any item deemed defective within a 30 day period may be returned. Any issues outside of this period are considered used and as such cannot be returned.
How to reduce wear:
- Be sure to consider the washing instructions to ensure your clothes last longer.
- Treat your gym clothes with care.
- Make sure you have the correct size to reduce the risk of damage.
Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on the following:
- Gift cards/store credits
- Underwear
- Socks
- Caps -- Accessories - Clearance Items
Swimsuits
To be eligible for an exchange/store credit, all swimwear items must be returned in their original condition. Additionally, all applicable swimwear items must have the hygiene adhesive intact and unremoved.
Refunds / Store Credits
Refunds are ONLY given if an item is deemed defective/damaged.
We do not provide refunds on items that do not fit or for change of mind. Alternatively, a store credit or exchange may be issued upon return of the goods in their original condition.
Goods deemed faulty must be returned to ÂYR before we can issue a refund.
ÂYR Activewear will not be responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit to our delivery address.
For refunds, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipment
ÂYR will NOT be held responsible for lost packages. This includes packages that are lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided.
