For any defective or incorrect items, please contact our customer service via email: info@ayr-activewear.com

For all other returns, please read the instructions below carefully:

1. Follow the link below to initiate your return.
2. Place a note inside the return package stating your order number.
3. After receiving your paid return label, print it and attach it to your return package.
4. Drop off your return at your nearest post office.

IMPORTANT:
Please ensure that the clothing is neatly folded, has the tags attached and is in its original condition/packaging for your return to be accepted. Your return will not be accepted if this is not strictly followed.
All returns must contain a note inside stating the order number, otherwise your return will not be accepted. Order numbers have the following format: #XXXXX.

ÂYR Activewear exclusively covers the shipping costs associated with delivering your newly exchanged items to your designated location. However, it is important to note that ÂYR Activewear does not cover the cost of shipping to return the original goods to our facility.
